Fall Semester 2017Textbooks are returnable from August 28th - September 7thTextbooks purchased with PELL GRANT are returnable from August 28th - August 31st**NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS WITHOUT A RECEIPT**LATE START/DISTANCE ED - Textbooks are returnable for 3 school days from the class start date.CANCELLED CLASSES - Textbooks are returnable for 3 school days from the date the class is cancelled. Proof of cancellation date/start date must be presented for a refund.STATE REHAB STUDENTS- All purchases made prior to recieving your state checks will not be refunded after dates shown above.For a full refund you MUST have a receipt, class schedule and ID card.Textbooks not in their original purchase condition will be bought back as a used book at a percentage of the new book price.Textbooks that are NOT returnable have an "Absolutely No Refunds!" sticker on them. Please check to see if your book has a sticker before purchasing. Open shrink wrapped textbooks, supplementary text, workbooks, dictionaries, paperbacks, supplies, candy, pharmacy and sale/special items will NOT be accepted for refund. All computer and computer related items are refundable if unopened and returned within 3 days of purchase.If you pay by cash or check, you will receive a cash refund. If you pay by ATM/charge, you will receive a chargeback on your account. You MUST have your card present to recieve credit. PELL Grant students will receive credit on their account during the open PELL Grant purchase period. No refunds will be given after the PELL Grant purchase period. **NOTE: Due to the volatility of coursebook values, buyback pricing is subject to change without notice.
